The pennies are snug enough to prevent noise, but loose enough to allow fidgeting.
Can easily be printed without support and snaps together.

2 "Body" pieces
2 "Middle" pieces
16 Pennies
1 Skate bearing
The pennies can be easily added after the body is snapped together.
NOTE: I found printing with better tolerances, the pennies can be a smidgen too loose for my taste. Wrapping the bearing in a 2mm-wide tape strip fixed that. So, I guess that's kind of a "feature"!
