Summary

My new Pelican 70qt cooler has sticky rubber feet and won't slide into the backseat of my car. I measured the feet exactly with calipers, they fit the cooler nicely. The cooler now glides around my car's carpeting easily.

I'm not sure what other Pelican Coolers these feet will fit. They look the same on my 20qt and I assume all of the current (2024) Elite Coolers have the same feet.

Print these however you want. I did mine with 20% infill and they seem strong enough even sitting on it. Mine are pla and will probably wear with use.

The original rubber feet are held in with T20 (Torx) screws. Gently remove them and replace with these feet. The screws are threaded into the cooler molding so be careful not to wear out the hole.

Enjoy!
