My printing operation is in my basement where the wifi signal isn't the best, so I bought one of these to improve my reception (it seems to work quite well!)
This fits a TL-WN722N High - gain wifi antenna (link above), and mounts it to a pegboard with 1" hole spacing. The print in the pictures is a pretty snug fit for the adapter, which is fine because I can connect/disconnect the usb from the adapter with one hand if needed.
You'll need to print this with supports for the prongs. See print settings below.
