The newest model here I have successfully been able to thicken the model walls still not perfect in my perspective but it's definitely an improvement

Here is an updated version of sydney I was able to finally got a working software to smooth the polys out you will need to re-enforce the inside of the mask with fiberglass or use polyurethane casting resin to add thickness

Infill 25 30%
Scale mask to
Height 308.52mm
Width 214.83mm
Depth 220.17mm
You can print laying on its back or have it on 15* leaning foward.
