Hello,
my pavilion foot (23mm insert) broke so I designed a new version a while back and printed it standing as shown in the red version. I used it a couple of times and it worked fine but after a while it broke at the blue line where the insert ended.
The new version consists of two parts and is screwed together with 3.5mm x 40mm screws.
I think this version should work better than before as this time the layers can not cause any problems. In addition, it is sloped at the top to make it slide in more easily.
