The file 'Pathfinder Location Deck 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 18.7KB.
My son and I are fans of the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game and as a new owner of a 3d Printer I decided to create a simple little holder for the location decks to hold the deck and display the location card at the same time in smaller space.
The deck holder prints in two parts and then the top attaches to the bottom through basic pins and holes which allows it close fully and open up to a 110 degree angle.
When you close the location take the location card out, close the holder and put the card on top with the closed side face up.
The design is aimed at 3D printing and as such doesn't include a couple of features I'd like to see but it would make it hard to impossible to print and at the least require supports so simple is better.
On my printer these latest versions print find and everything operates smoothly. On some printers I can see where you might have to lightly sand the sides of the bottom depending on your resolution and tolerances. I've added a .1 or .2 clearance here and there to keep it all tight but able to move.
The objects do pass STL checks and should slice without any problems.
For my printer with my settings it takes about 90 minutes to print both. You can speed that up of course by increasing layer height and print speeds.
You'll need one pair of parts for each location you normally have in play.
