The file 'Part For 475 NDS Backwater Valve 3D Printer Model' is (stl,f3d) file type, size is 199.3KB.
I have an old (from the 80s) NDS backwater prevention device where the hanger part (blue part in photos) broke. I looked everywhere online and couldn't find a replacement part anywhere. The company had parts for the newer models but I couldn't locate the part anywhere - if you have a source please drop a note in the comments.
My unit is an NDS 475 (4" pipe) but I believe the part is the same on the 275, 375 and 675 models - not 100% sure though. I've included a picture of the access port for the unit, which I believe is unique to this generation of units. It has two tabs on the top - one of mine is broken off. The flap also has a distinct cylinder on the flap.
In order to maximize strength I printed the arms and back separately - both lying flat on their backs with no supports. I then used 3mm threaded inserts and screws/bolts to attach the two parts together. I printed in ABS with 4 or 5 walls and 90% infill. The part feels quite strong and I'm comfortable that it will hold up.
I've included the Fusion 360 file.
