Summary

Mine broke in a printhead crash. Here's a minimalistic design done in FreeCAD. Airflow goes straight to the nozzle tip where it belongs.

Print sideways as shown in the screenshot.
Print in ABS/ASA or PETG.
Reuse all original screws to secure the mount plate to the extruder and the fan to the mount.
Will need 4 M2 nuts. Pressure insert them all in their pockets (and don't overtighten).
