This is a remix of justblair's awesome fin alignment jig. The original had a few minor problems which I've fixed (most of these affected larger jigs in particular):
Aside from the scad file so you can create your own jigs, there's STL files for several common rockets:
The Estes Jetliner jig is special, it has one fin removed and an added support for the wing. Align the bottom of the jig with the bottom of the body tube, and slide the wing fully into the slot and it should be aligned properly.
The Madcow Formula 75 model is where I discovered most of the small issues with the original model. This is certainly the largest of the set that I've included here and has a beefy 4 mm thickness. It gives a lot of support to the fiberglass fins and results in perfect fins for the rocket.
