The file 'Parametric Klein-Style 2-Piece Screwdriver/Tool Handles (SCAD) 3D Printer Model' is (zip, stl) file type, size is 8.5MB.
These are styled after the Klein rubber/acetate screwdriver grips, though I've taken some liberty to improve a few things.
Provided are two presets for the grip style. The first is patterned more closely after the Klein grips, whereas the second is a bit more practical and less prone to rolling. The knurling at the skirt near the tool shank is improved versus the original, and should make it easier for thumb spinning.
There are preset configurations for both polygonal and round shanks. There is an option to provide a bore for a steel core for striking tools. Through-shank handles are also possible.
Parts simply snap together, though additional glue may be used if desired. SCAD file includes an option to print a shorter test grip for checking clearances and fitment.
All parts were printed in PLA+TPU without supports or brims. SCAD file includes other printing and design notes.
Included are some STL files for what I feel are probably the most common range of sizes with holes for 1/4" hex shanks. Anything else can be generated from the SCAD file.
