I have added some customizations to the original openscad design by newq.
Depending on your printer/settings, you may run into issues with the bridge across the tube cutouts. My only issue was that the first layer of the bridge (obviously) didn't follow the curve of the tube, so there was a tiny bit of the filament that stuck out into the tube. This didn't really cause any issues though, as the coins just kind of push it out of the way.
