This is a remix of thing 308441 by user Cornely_Cool. Its been resized to fix Kleenex multi-fold paper towels (product number 02046) like these: https://www.amazon.com/Kleenex-02046-Multi-Fold-Towels-Convenience/dp/B0040ZOD3G. These towels are approximately 9.25 in x 3.25 in so it shoud work for other similarly sized towel.
