I'm starting up a Lancer Campaign and needed bases to hold paper miniatures. I don't yet actually have a use for the Size 4, but figured the collection wouldn't be complete without it. The hexagons are sized at 25.4mm or 1 inch. The slot for holding the paper minis is 0.6mm wide with a curve to help hold card stock paper minis upright. The curves change in length based on the size of the base:
Slot Lengths:
Size 1: 19.92mm
Size 2: 39.85mm
Size 3: 61.82mm
Size 4: 80.31mm
For reference I source my paper minis from https://retrogrademinis.com/ as they have a system for printing paper miniatures for Lancer mechs.
I've also included the fusion360 files in case anybody wants to take this and run further with it, or make their own modifications.
