Summary

Thanks to Tiger Ace´s Panzer IV
(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2090672)

and 3 You Tube Videos.

  • Brückenleger IVc
  • RC Brückenlegepanzer IV
  • PEERLESS RC MODELL SCALE BRIDGE LAYER TANK IV AT HARD WORK
(Look at the videos for function and assembling!)

I could build the Bridgelayer Tank IV.

My scale is 1:160 = N

I uploaded the chitubox file,
you can split to the single objects
or download the ctb file with
supports as necessary
resin layers are 0.02

If you like to make the different parts movable,
drill holes for:
strut and see-saw (0.2mm and 0.3mm)
into the parts and the tank,
assemble and fix with thin wire.

There ar 4 pieces for the bridge:

  • legs up (can be made movable) for storage, transport or level crossing
  • legs down (interchangeable to "legs up") for river or obstacle crossings

  • long = Main
  • schort = Ramp
Main and Ramp can be made movable by
gluing a small piece of tape on the underside of
the last beam of Main and the first beam of Ramp.

If you don´t want to move parts, just stick them together.

The bridge slides on/off the tanks front;
the see-saw fits between the inner longbeams.
(Best look at the videos)
When sliding the bridge forward,
the tank needs heavy weight in its rear, (motor)
therefor you find a square hole at the tank underside.
Put in some lead or a neodym magnet ;-)

Have fun!
