I saw the other Pandemic piece holders on Thingiverse, and none had what I wanted: a tray that fit perfectly in the original box, but was also designed to be easy to pull out the disease cubes; the idea being, the tray gets used during play. So I built one. The cubes sit in the tray nicely, but are easy to slide out when you grab for them. A similar design is used for the pawns, so they come out easily (since they are round, it's more difficult). All the other pieces are easy to grab and pull out vertically.
I had a big problem with my part warping off my bed (even with a PEI sheet -- it was actually lifting the PEI sheet off the build plate even when using binder clips), so I designed it so the part is mostly empty (a shell, instead of using infill). This helped immensely. The part still warped a bit, but it's printable. This problem might just be the PLA I was using, so hopefully you have good results from the design.
V1.1 (Feb 6, 2019) - Added lid. Slightly reduced the material needed for the tray.
