This is a Speed Wheel for a Panavise Jr. I recreated the wheel and added retention nubs to it. I found that the one sold by Panavise would occasionally fall off if you're spinning quickly. This one has a tight fit and won't come off until you want it to.
Also, if anyone is curious, the orange "feet" on the bottom of my Panavise jr is Sugru.
