This is a pan and tilt rig which fits TowerPro SG90 servos. These servos cost about $2 on ebay. This thing was designed to work as the neck / head platform for a Halloween prop. The motors have plenty of muscle for a light head. I used a thin plastic Jack-o-Lantern candy bucket. We added a Raspberry Pi and a PiCam, then programmed it to do face tracking using computer vision software. You could also use an Arduino Nano ($2.50) and a PIR sensor ($3) to have a scarecrow "come to life" when someone comes near it or use an HC-05 bluetooth-to-serial converter to control it remotely from your phone or tablet.
This was not designed to be compact for R/C FPV. It is intended to be a light neck mechanism. However, it may be suited to other, larger FPV applications.
