I made this dispenser to keep my tape handy. I use the blue tape for adhesion on my 3D print surface. This dispenser has three parts, the main stand, the rotating holder and pin that links them together. The assembly is pretty easy. The holder part fits snugly on my blue painter's tape. I printed the parts in PLA.
