The file 'Paint Palette Turntable Made Using Empty Filament Spool And Milk Bottle Lids 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 2.3MB.
A free-spinning turntable which holds milk bottle lids as removable and interchangeable paint wells.
The milk bottle lids seem to be standard across brands here in the UK. I tried Iceland, Co-op, Cravendale and the local corner shop and all lids are 40mm in diameter.
The filament spool is Amazon's Basicfil brand. I used the 500g size. The part of the turntable which fits into the centre hole of the spool is 52mm outer diameter.
I made the seven spoke version for myself but have also uploaded 8, 9 and 10 spoke versions. Please note I haven't printed and tested these versions but have no reason to suspect that they would not work.
I have also made some drawers that will fit in the gap of the filament spool to hold small knick-knacks. They push in fairly tight to make sure they don't slip out. The version here is for the 500g spools with a height of 37mm. If you want to use the 1kg spool, you will need to resize the Z axis only in your slicer to the correct height.
I have also made a handheld paint palette which uses milk bottle lids which you can find here:

I have made a spiral version too:
