Summary

Paddle tyres for rc cars, designed for snow/sand/mud (do not use them on hard surfaces!!). Designed expecially for Wltoys 144001 but they are compatible with many other models. Almost the same weight as the original wheels.
Inspired by the Alfa Romeo Gta Race Wheels. Why that? I think they look classy yet aggressive, also they have small holes that do not make the wheel too thin and fragile.

External diameter: 7cm
Hub pin: 10mm (height) x 2mm (diameter)
Hexagonal hub: 5mm (height)
Wheel shaft: 4mm (diameter)

Last versione has been improved a lot, it's much more resistant than previous versions and some measures have been corrected (shaft diameter and pin dimensions).

Instructions: print with provided support for minimum material usage (all overhang angles can be easily printed) and remove it after printing. Make sure the pin enters easily in its housing on the wheel. DONE! The wheel should immediately work, but if you want to strengthen the nut mounting point you can melt a little metal washer into the plastic (or glue it).

Please mind the simmetry between left and right wheels (they are the same, but mirrored). Files include left and right .stl wheels and a custom support for the hub, you can also make the slicer generate the supports as you prefer.

Gcode also included, please keep in mind those settings are specific for my printer and may not work well on yours! 0.2 mm layer height, hexagonal support included. Pla seems to be resistant enough, but something thougher like Abs will be better.
