Packout organizer latch connector. I wanted to make sure I could print this if it ever broke somehow. Works as good as the original as far as I've been able to tell. 10-24 threaded rod makes a good substitute for the rod connecting the latch. put the threaded rod in a drill to ream out the holes, chop it down to size, use a drill to put it mostly back in, and use pliers to finalize the position.
