This is a packing tape dispenser I designed to only use printed parts. Once the tape is dispensed, it can be cut with a box cutter or a pair of scissors, and the two pads keep the tape from sticking to the spool of tape, and keeps the dispensed tape from sticking to anything it isn't supposed to after it's cut. There is also a notch on the side of the dispenser so that you can tell how how much tape is left.
If you end up printing this, I would love to see photos of the print!

I've gotten a request to upload the CAD files for this part. The native Fusion 360 files for Packing Tape Dispenser are now available for download to anyone who wants to modify/ improve the design. See tdperrie's make with a cutout for grabbing the loose end of the tape, and radimsejk's saw blade adapter for examples.
I've also uploaded V2 of the tape dispenser body, with the cutout suggested by tdperrie.
