Summary

This is a top bearing mount for P3steel 2.x Z-axis.

Designed for use with M5 threaded rods and 625 ZZ bearing

This top bearings prevent Z-axis threaded rods from vibrating while printing with high jerks and accelerations.
Stepper/rods coupler aren't made for taking loads. They compress and uncompress when they want to. This parts take the load from the coupler. Having a huge affect on print quality and layer thickness precision.

Lock the threaded rods with Nyloc Nut DIN 985 as shown in the picture. Adjust the nuts that there is a little pretension on Z-coupler.

It's the next part of a complete series for P3steel parts. I redesigned every part based on my long time experience with the P3 steel.

Updates:
12.12.2015 - improved v2 with removable support structure now available
