Hi everyone !
This is my second project from scratch.
IDEA
This time it is a gift for my owl-loving girlfriend: a nice teabag holder!
The thread of the teabag twists around the beak.
I also wanted to paint it to make it more beautiful, although I still need to practise.
PS: to paint it I first used a coat of primer, then acrylic paints and finally a fixative.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE?
The beak should be lightly sanded and then hammered into the slot
NOTE
The recommended material is PETG because it is quite hygienic with food and holds temperatures of up to 95 degrees.
The rectangular slot under the legs is optimised for cups of a certain size and thickness, on the ones I tried it had no problems despite the curved edge of the cup.
