Had a pidgeon visit to drink from our water butt. Wanted to offer him some food, but very space limited here. This little feeder just clips over a standard (aka cheap!) fence (IIRC the gap is 45-46mm). One side for water, and one side with holes so rain can drain out. Absolutely made up when he came and used it!
Edit: So I think the squirrel broke the first one, so have now strengthened the inner edge and connecting bit, revised file also attached.
