The file 'Outside Insulated Tap Cover 3D Printer Model' is (stl,stp) file type, size is 255.4KB.
I produced this tap cover as the ones on the market often just simply cover the whole tap and do not allow it to be used at the same time. It also stopped my dog from chewing the insulation.
There are 2 versions;
V1 - Has a lower cap but I found this makes it difficult to remove a hose.
V2 - Has a filler piece instead of a lower cap.
In addition to the printed parts you will need the following;
6 x M3x15 Cap head Screws
6 x M3 Nuts
Steel wire + Crimps (for lanyards)
Pipe Insulation - I got this from B&Q.
I have had these fitted for almost 4 years now and no issues with freezing. The 3d prints are showing a bit of UV damage but I only used standard PLA.
