Summary

Fixed and final design of Gear 1 for the original SEGA OutRun arcade cabinet.

The file by olc was not finished, so I picked up where he left off. This is my final version and is currently installed in my OutRun Standup Cabinet from 1986 with no issues.

You should put a nut in the side hole and a screw in the through hole. Either a 5mm or a 3/16 screw/nut should work. Just make sure the screw is not too long or it will collide with the steering springs.

I recommend printing at 80% gyroid infill, and 5 walls on top, bottom, and sides.
I would also recommend using PLA+ or stronger filaments. The OEM gears are made of nylon so a nylon filament should be ideal. I used PLA+ and hace no issues so far.
