I've had a broken clip and could not find the replacement or the replacement was an entire clip into which the phone clips into and it was not priced right for me, it was just cheaper to buy another case as a whole all together. I since then moved on to different phone and got a new case for the S4, but the idea was still there to create one anyway. So getting the ability to do so, I decided to go for it as my very first project of creating something from a complete scratch. I still use my Galaxy S4 from time to time and prefer it over the Nexus 6.
