This is my take on the brilliantly designed OTF Fidget knife by Uhltimate.
I reversed engineered the files and made some mods. Only 5 printed parts, no hardware, a single drop of glue and two small sections of filament.
Tell me what you think.
Changes are:
Suggested to use stiffer filament for main body (PLA or CF-ABS) and something with a bit of give for the outer shell (PETG).
Use a single drop of glue to affix the thumb tab in the slot. I printed mine in ABS so I used acetone to weld it.
If you use the filament sections to hold everything together, just ream out the holes with a 2mm drill bit and heat a small metal object to splay out the ends of the filament making them into plastic rivets. Works great.
