Summary

By using the Air Assist unit the laser can cut and engrave deeper and faster, making the Ortur Master II much more versatile.

The Air-Assist can be printed with any properly calibrated 3D printer that can print PLA plastic. The layer height is 0.2mm and the files must be printed separately from each other. Especially the small clamp part should be printed slowly, otherwise, it will not fit. You may have to sand it to size.

I only offer the Air Assist as a file, and will NOT sell it or print it for others. My day-to-day work and family commitments do not allow me to spend time 3D printing for others. If you want the Air Assist, but you don't have a 3D printer, then use a commercial print service or go to a maker space in your own area, they can help you there.

NOTE: At a commercial print service, you can get the parts printed in PLA for less than 35,00 Euro shipped to your address. If you have to pay more, you are being ripped off !!!
At my local maker space, these parts would be made for approximately 12 to 15 Euro (no shipping).
