The file 'Original/modified Cooling Vent For Creality Ender-3 V3 SE 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 28.9KB.
If you damaged your ender 3 V3 SE's cooling vent, or want to upgrade it for multidirectional cooling, now you can.
Download the file called "ender 3 v3 se vent.stl" to download a replica of the original part cooling vent that is shipped with the ender 3 V3 SE, or download the file called "ender 3 v3 se vent mod.stl" to download a modded version, which enables a bit of cooling on the other side of the model, which can help circular models with overhangs print more evenly.
Installation is just the same as the stock vent, it screws in with the part cooling fan, which is attached to the extruder cover.
I printed in PLA which works well, as it is easier to print with overhangs. PETG will ultimately last longer due to its thermal resistance, but the modded vent doesn't touch the hotend, so it doesn't hot, which is why PLA works. Print settings: 100% infill, supports required, print vertically (see last photo), make sure supports don't generate inside the model, 0.1mm or 0.05mm layer height recommended.
