This is a remixed 2.5" HDD caddy for the Original XBOX console.
It is based on the one by RetroFrog found here:

I decided to cheap-out (NOT RECOMMENDED) and buy an IDE-to-SATA adapter from AliExpress, instead of a StarTech one, but unfortunately the one by RetroFrog didn't fit the profile of the Aliexpress style. (VER:M03E)
And thus this print was born!
I used a bit of creative liberty and kept the X design under the hdd, as well as adding "XBOX" to the side.
I deliberately sit the hdd further back in the case, and successfully used a 40cm 80-wire IDE cable with no issues (but I had to flip the middle header around).
Since it's a remix, it also uses the default screws and screwhole locations.
