I made adjustments to the Ivysaur and Venusaur model by splitting them up into separate stls so that you can print each piece with its own supports and not have a bunch of supports coming off the model. I also removed the base from Wartortle so that it matches the other 8 as a standalone model.
Squirtle can be printed without supports with success if you dial in your printer well. All other models I'd recommend supports on especially for getting the mouth/teeth right.
Also on the Charizard model you can try printing the chest rightside up or upside down but I had more success with the claws and look of the arms printing it rightside up.
