Oral irrigator (water floss) is a high pressure water nozzle for shower with 1/2" thread. Also good with brackets or other dental constructions.
For better layer adhesion you can increase walls to 3-4, decrease fan speed to ~30-40% in the middle part of irrigator. 100% fan speed and slow printing speed recommended for the top part of irrigator (for neck and head part of irrigator).
Best settings found for Cura slicer (0.4mm nozzle, PLA):
I use it already 4 years and all is perfect! It's easy to control water power with shower/tap switch.
