This is the Operative's sword from the film Serenity. If printed at full size it will be 72cm (28ish inches) in length. Not split due to varying sizes of print plates, use your slicer software to split as needed for your printer.
Grips attach to the blade with a pair of alignment blocks and you can either glue them in place or use paracord wrap in the slots of the grip to get a movie authentic look. You could also do both for a maximum of robustness.
