Openbuilds OX CNC router Belt Tensioner by Tklus (v2), simply adapted for 2mm GT2 belt, rather than 3mm pitch. Any and all credit goes to Tklus, only posting this in case anyone else needs it.
Works for all 3 belts (X and both Y).
Each tensioner will require 1 10-24(or 32) x 1" screw, 1 10-24(or 32) nut, 4 4-40 x 1/2" screws. The X axis uses 4 5x.8mm screws (already holding your V-Slot in). For the Y, you will need to add 4 additional screws per belt, unless you have mounts going up into that area with screws.
I would suggest tapping the 4-40 holes with a tap, as my first try without tapping it, the pieces broke (but i also used the v1 files by mistake). If you dont have a tap that small (I looked through a drawer of ~200 taps to find one), you can risk it, or simply make one by cutting axial slots into a screw so the shavings have a place to go, rather than out.
