Thanks to ApexCorvus for sharing this oni mask - the design is pretty well for the issues you still had :)
Haven't had time to print it yet, but wanted to share the updated object already.

EDIT:
04.08.2021 - Added cut version (left & right) to print in 2 steps.
For me this reduced the time when test slicing from ~3 days to ~32 hours for both parts Connector block included help with precise glueing.
17.08.21 - Resized the connector to fit into the holes / resized mask to fit an adults face (complete and cut version)
