The file 'One Piece Spool Holder 3D Printer Model' is (f3d,stl) file type, size is 537.5KB.
Spool holders don't need to be complex. My current holder has two pieces and is difficult to use one-handed, and is therefore too complex.
Surprisingly, there are only a handful of single-piece spool holders on Thingiverse, and none of them seem to be functional, pretty, AND fast to print.
This one's simple to print, aesthetically pleasing (I think), works with nearly any spool you can throw at it, and only takes about 5 hours to print (all the others I sliced were in the 10h range).
Additionally, the Fusion360 design is parametric - you can change the thickness of the members, the width and depth of the base, and the length of the spool bar. Useful if you want it smaller/more tailored to your spools/stiffer/whatever.
