The file 'Omada TP-Link ER605 – OC 200 Controller Rack Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 15.7KB.

Summary

It's designed to fit into a standard rack mount and keeps the controller securely in place off to the side.

I frequently work with Omada ER605 and OC200 controllers, and it's frustrating how they tend to just float around when placed at a location, especially the OC200 which tends to flop around. To address this issue, I created a bracket by assembling various pieces together.

The piece is 291mm, you'll need to use a large printer like the Ender 6.

Alternatively, if you're using a smaller printer, you can slice it in Meshmixer and then glue the two parts together using 3D Gloop, which is the best adhesive for joining PLA pieces.

While PLA may warp in high temperatures, I've found that the minimal warp hasn't affected the functionality of the bracket, but for better heat resistance, PETG can be used.
