The Olympus Photomicro adapter is extremely expensive ($200-300) for what is essentially a metal tube, so I decided to make one myself. I remixed Amplivibe's creation by adding the EF adapter since I have a Canon 5D Mark II, instead of an Olympus camera that the original Photomicro was designed for. I tested it using my camera and the NFK 5x LD photo eyepiece and it seems to work well.
11/19/2024: I bought the actual Olympus Photomicro as I saw it come up for under $100. After receiving it, I realized the model I made was too tall because the measurements I found online include part of the trinocular tube. I shortened the length of the model to match the original adapter. This will probably resolve the glare issues I was having as well.
