This 3D printed model features the old World Trade Center Complex (12 days after destruction based on the LIDAR point cloud data taken by the USGS AVIRIS imaging system). All 7 buildings were destroyed on September 11th 2001. WTC 1 & 2 = 110 stories, WTC 3 = 22 stories, WTC 4 = 9 stories, WTC 5 = 9, WTC 6 = 8 stories & WTC 7 = 47 stories. All 4 towers were almost completely destroyed. Please let this aid your research into the destruction of the World Trade Center complex.
The pictured model was printed on a ProJet 1500 3D printer. Cost was $.30/g, so this one ended up costing $52. It measures 5"(W)X5(L)"X2.5"(H). The build plate brings the height total to 3.2".
