For printing i have use a 0,2mm Nozzle.
Layersize 0.09mm
Surface iron Option in Cura
Print small Walls Option in Cura (very important to see the U Profile Braces).
For the shaft i use a small pice of 1.75mm PLA to fix it.
The Picture all show the first Prototypes. Now you kann print 3 Different Trailer with this Set.
The normal Version with all Low Sides.
A Version with lower Sides and Higher Front and Rear.
And a Version with all Sides Higher.
In the Final Version now you will see a small U Profile brace.
Update: Now some Pictures from 3th Version with higher Sides.
For complete this Trailer you need 2 Axels with Tires and Wheels and some wood Stripes with Size 3mm to 1,2mm. You can find it in Modelling Shops or in architect Shops.

And some Colors too. Speciel Shiping Medium from Valeo for the rotten Effects. Rust from Valeo and other colors you like.
The Wheels on my Models are from Herpa. A German Brand for Modell Cars and Parts.

PS: Use a Scalpel for rounded the edges of the planks to the long side a little bit. So ist looks mor rotten after painting. You can see te differend : Black are rounded and red not.
