I created this 3D model of a piano key as a replacement for my Hohner PSK-55 keyboard. I found the PSK-55 at a flea market, but one of the white keys was broken. While I was able to glue the original key back together, I also decided to design a 3D model to see if a printed key could be a functional replacement.
The printed key worked well as a replacement, though it doesn’t have the same glossy finish as the original keys. I may try printing it in PETG and polishing it for a closer match to the original.
Interestingly, during the disassembly of the PSK-55, I discovered that it uses the same key design as my older Casio CT-670. So, this key model may also be compatible with certain Casio keyboards.
