When I created this thing the objective was to use a worm wheel transmission with a N20 motor on a train. The victim this time was the Ohrenstein and Koppel 50 hp locomotive. Base of the design were some drawings of the locomotive. The design is for use 32 mm gauge.
I have never seen such a locomotive live so in the design will undoubtly be flaws.
When I look to the video I see that there are differences between the drawings and real live.

Further the steam driven parts (pistons and connecting rods) are not realized.

For the motor I used a N20 6V 500 rpm motor. The locomotive is not very fast.
I am waiting (customs,mail and so) on 1000 rpm motors to see if that gives more speed.
