I have modeled Obi-Wan/Ben Kenobi's lightsaber hilt from the Disney+ Series. This saber is mostly similar to the Episode III saber, but has the emitter from Episode IV.
It is designed to be printed on a resin 3D printer, but I'm sure with the correct orientation, and support settings, it would print just fine on an FDM machine, so give it a try!
It accepts a 5/16" threaded rod (cut to 25.6cm) and two 5/16" -18 nylon lock nuts for assembly, but it could just as well be glued together.
The included covertec button file might support the hanging lightsaber, but I have not tested it, so proceed with caution. I personally used an aluminum one from The Custom Saber Shop
