Use the screw provided with the Open Pistol Mag Pouch by Novritsch. You have to screw it in with force, so it creates a thread for the screw. Don't overtighten it because the thread will break or you might damage the screw.
I'd recommend printing it with 100% infill as I did because it's meant for use on an Airsoft field. But feel free to scale down the infill.
Print it laying on the bed.
