The file 'Not A NOTua 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 2.0MB.
I didnt have a 140 or 120 mm fan, but I had a 92mm one, tinkercad and a bit of time .. so, here we are!
All I did was make the base have another set of holes closer to the center, the fan mounts have another set of holes, a smaller grill for a 92mm fan and finally a resized output air guide thing. As MajorHardware said, it is a 3D printed version of Noctua NV-FM1 .. just smaller.
I tried the printed bolts, but failed so found some random bolts to fit the M4 and M6 boltholes, yeah, they look dumb as heck but they work!
