In our Nissan NV3500, depending on the seat configuration, we often don't seem to have enough of the (shorter) rail seat covers. So, I made in Blender an inexact copy of the factory ones so we'd have some spares.
For the main piece, I recommend printing it at a 45-degree angle with supports and a raft so as to help the tabs that latch onto the seat anchor rod in the floor to not snap. You can see an example in the screenshot taken of the gcode preview in Cura. The lock insert can be printed flat.
I also used a 16x12mm spring clip for the locking insert, specifically from the assortment here:

Technically, there could be a one-sided one on one end of the main piece, but I didn't bother with that.
If you just need the lock insert, the one here should work with a factory cover, and vice versa.
