Don't spend $10 on amazon, just print this silly rubber stopper yourself!
If the battery in your "vintage" maxima is randomly dying and you notice the brake lights are stuck on all the time, check the bracket above the brake pedal and you may find that a little black bumper is missing. Instead of paying for this part and waiting a couple of days for it to arrive , I just modeled a replacement and had it printed in 10 minutes (and now you can too!).
*This should fit Nissan Maxima from 1996-2018, and maybe some Infiniti from 1997-2019 (I modeled this specifically for a 1997 Nissan Maxima)
*The part number is: 46584-5P010, 465845P010, 46584-S0100, 46584S0100
I printed this in TPU with a 65% infill to make it nice and stiff. You may have to start the car to push the brake down far enough to get the stopper back in, but once it is lined up, releasing the brake should just pop the part into place.
