This is a phone holder I created for my 2016 Nissan Frontier. It slips inside the rubber cup holder insert. I'm sure it will fit many other Nissan cars and trucks including many different Frontier and Xterra year models. It is specifically designed to work with my favorite bicycle phone mount: https://amzn.to/3Y09AqW but it should work with other phone mounts with mounting jaws 36mm or narrower. The design uses a piece of 3/4 inch copper pipe cut to a length of 50mm. I've included the step file so you can change dimensions to meet your needs. Print 2 copies and epoxy them together making sure you epoxy the pipe in place so it doesn't rotate. There are three 2.2mm holes in the base used for alignment when glueing together. 3d (3 penny) nails cut to 20mm or so fit in these holes or you can use solid wire of appropriate diameter.
